Community Vital Signs
About Us
The Healthcare Foundation awarded a grand total of $5,356,798 during this yearas two grant cycles.
44 La Porte County organizations were granted funding for their projects to help make it a healthier county.
A large portion of the grant money will be put into La Porteas parks.
The foundation also held a commencement ceremony for its first group of Non-Profit Leadership Academy graduates during the program.
